One of Mexico’s most famous exports, a margarita offers an irresistable combination of sweet, salty, sour, and bitter flavors. Many classic margaritas contains tequila, lime juice, sour and Triple Sec — most served in a glass with a salted rim. While it is unclear exactly who is responsible for creating the first margarita, what is not unclear is that there are now many variations on this popular cocktail!

Beer Margarita
A beer margarita is a simple, crowd-pleasing varation, and it is very easy to make a batch to have on hand when your party starts. Set out a few pitchers and let guests help themselves! Simply mix your favorite Mexican beer with our Taste of Florida Margarita:
Ingredients
( Makes 1 serving )
- 6 oz. of your favorite beer
- 2 oz. TOF Margarita
Directions
Combine, over ice in salt rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with lime.
Jalapeno Margarita
Jalapeno adds an interesting and spicy twist to your margarita — it’s sure to become one of your favorites:
Ingredients
( Makes 1 serving )
- 3 oz. TOF Margarita
- 1.5 oz. of your favorite tequila
- 1 oz. TOF Triple Sec
- 2 slices of fresh jalapeno
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, then strain over ice in a salt rimmed glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
