Keep the Margarita Season Alive with Green Apple Margartias

October 4th, 2012 | News | 0 Comments

We hate to admit it, but the days are getting shorter. As we are settling in for the day, helping our children with their homework and cooking dinner, you can see the darkness creeping into the windows. Driving down the street, trees loom above us with brilliantly changing leaves. Green transforming into shades of red, orange, and brown. While Summer changing into Autumn is breathtaking, it is the end of the season. And sigh, the end of Margarita Season, but please don’t fret we have a solution for you.

Autumn brings apples, right? Well, run out to the nearest orchard and pick your favorite green apples and incorporate it into the recipe below. We personally recommend granny smith apples; it adds a special kick.
